Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon

The Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon

The Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon is a local service club working to create initiatives that raise funds for non-profit organizations and charities. With the help of volunteers, supporters, and donors, we build strong communities, improve local facilities, enrich our local arts, and give disadvantaged youth a chance to experience.

The Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon is led by professionals from diverse business backgrounds. Our board members volunteer their time to bring a better tomorrow to communities. Our goals and values of excellence, pride, integrity, inclusiveness, and compassion reflect those of the original. We have over 70 members and participate in dozens of organized events every year.

History of the Cosmopolitan Seniors Centre

The Cosmo Senior Centre was originally funded and ran by a private organization in Saskatoon. After this organization closed its doors, it offered the building to the City of Saskatoon on the condition that the senior citizens were granted a lease to the building. In 2012, the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon (KCOS) approached the Senior Centre for use of its facility and took over the lease with the City of Saskatoon in 2022.

In 2023, the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon is thrilled to announce its partnership with the Broadway Theatre to manage our hall. This collaboration ensures the continued availability of this space, which has been a cherished resource for our senior citizens. We are committed to providing a welcoming and accessible environment for seniors and the broader community to enjoy various activities and gatherings. Together with the Broadway Theatre, we look forward to "Serving the Communities Greatest Need" for years to come.
